As a Registered Somatic Movement Educator and Therapist, she combines the best of various sacred healing traditions, including Yoga, Reiki, and Healing Touch. Rachael’s mind-body techniques can help clients to address personal challenges on every level —physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual, allowing them to live with more purpose and authenticity.

The goal of Healing Touch is to support the body’s natural self-healing process by restoring harmony and balance to
the energy system. It is an evidenced-based integrative therapy that is used widely in healthcare and private

Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that can also promote healing. It is administered by the practitioner placing their hands lightly on or above the client. Reiki is a simple, natural, and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It works also in conjunction with all other medical and therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.
